This 10-week mentorship is for yoga teachers who want to teach with confidence, clarity, and authenticity.
Together, we’ll explore your why, refine your voice, and strengthen the skills that turn knowledge into embodied teaching. Through philosophy, sequencing, cueing, themes, practice, and supportive feedback, you’ll learn to trust yourself and lead from within.
This is more than learning how to teach a class.
It’s learning how to stand in your truth, take up space, and teach from a grounded, self-led place.
Weekly 2-hour sessions plus continued support at 3 and 6 months ensure you don’t just complete the journey; you integrate it.

Self-Love
February 8th
February centers on self-love as a quiet return to your own heart.
We will begin with a gentle flow created to soften the edges, open the chest, and invite space where tension has been holding its breath. Each shape becomes a small gesture of kindness, creating room for warmth to move through you.
From there, we will settle into a Yoga Nidrā that nourishes the heart from the inside out. The practice guides you into stillness where receiving becomes effortless, and healing can unfurl at its own pace.
This month’s journey encourages you to let the heart open, soften, and welcome the love that has always been yours.

The Breath
and the Brain

Have you wondered how the breath affects the brain?
This 90-minute breath work workshop will include a self-made lavender eye pillow for extra relaxation, yogic breathing techniques, a yin practice to incorporate the breath, and a guided yoga nidrā to integrate it all. Plus, a handout to take all the info home for your home practice.
